Approximately 10,000 high school students from 22 schools in the following three counties:
Livingston, McLean, DeWitt

Sponsors provide incentives to Operation Cool in the form of cash donations, prize contributions and in-kind donations.

Mitsubishi Motor Manufacturing donates a brand new Mistubishi Eclipse as the grand prize at the Operation Cool Grand Finale each year.
